Background
For many years, I have worked alongside executives and managers on organisational transformations such as team reorganisations, changes in ways of working, relocations, shared workspaces and new forms of collaboration.
What drives me
What motivates me are the human dynamics behind change: what enables an organisation to move forward collectively and sustain its momentum over time.
Role
My role is to bring structure, clarity and momentum to often complex contexts, using operational projects — particularly related to work organisation — as levers for transformation.
How I work
Depending on the situation, I rely on people I am used to working with, who share the same standards and the same way of supporting organisations.
Sensitivity
My clients value my sensitivity and intuition in reading situations, my ability to grasp what lies beyond formal discourse and organisational charts, and to adjust support closely to the real issues at stake.
Interests
As a musician and a keen follower of football and cinema, I am sensitive to what enables a collective to function effectively: listening, adjustment, a sense of play and rhythm. This perspective naturally informs the way I work with teams.
Academic background
My background combines three complementary dimensions: engineering, management and an understanding of human dynamics within organisations. This combination shapes the way I approach transformation projects today.
